The Story of Double 'F' Cattle Co.

Welcome to Double 'F' Cattle Co.'s web site. We are located near Parkside, Sk. (40 miles West of Prince Albert, Sk.). Double 'F' Cattle is owned and operated by Kelly, Angie, Garret, and Jacob Feige. In the spring of 2007, we purchased Elvind and Joyce Eggen’s (Eggen Land & Cattle Co.) tremendous Black Angus cow herd. Since then we have been working hard to make the herd our own and now have about 150 cows.

Although we are relatively new in the Black Angus, we have already made some waves with Champions at Lloydminster Stockade and Bull Sale, Saskatoon Fall Fair and Canadian Western Agribition. Our biggest honor was Reserve Grand Champion Bull at the 2009 World Angus Forum and Reserve Futurity as well.

We host our annual bull sale at Prince Albert Heartland Livestock in March. Every year we offer a powerful set of bulls. Our goal is for our stock to work for the cattleman now as well as for years to come. At Double 'F' Cattle Co., cattle are our passion as well as our livelihood, so quality comes first!

The farm was established in 1943 by Bruno and Irma Feige. We are the third generation and very proud of it! We have shown extensively throughout Canada. Some of our highlights include Champions at Lloydminster Stockade Round-Up and Bull Sale, Edmonton Farm Fair, Saskatoon Fall Fair, Canadian Western Agribition, Regina Bull Sale, and Maple Creek Bull Sale. We also have a very strong commercial herd and have participated in many commercial shows and sell prospect steers.

We have started our herd purchasing about 20 bred cows from the prestigious U2 dispersal sale. Our family is so excited by this new adventure and look forward to increasing our red herd. Double 'F' will now be offering RED  bulls in our annual bull sale!!!
